Not yet received a replacement for the damaged jam box. Even they haven't initiated reverse pickup for the damaged piece.

Just a box with beads inside

There is no distinct noise.. no bass.. it is just a box with string of beads inside sold for 2k.. totally disappointed. I've sent mail for replacement and following up since 10 days but no response, there is no proper customer care service.
