Shipping Policy
- Generally, all orders are processed and shipped within 15-21 working days, once payment mode is confirmed.
- Certain products may have different lead-time of delivery due to the nature of the product. However, we appraise the estimated delivery date for the particular products before you confirm your order.
- Delivery may be delayed or estimated delivery time may be extended due to certain adverse circumstances such as natural disasters, national emergencies, strikes, and/or others If delivery of a product is delayed or if any product is non-deliverable to a certain area, the same will be advised to the customer.
- Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form, if applicable Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification
- Customers must ensure that all order details—contact number, delivery address, and pincode—are accurate at the time of placing the order.
If any information is entered incorrectly, the customer must inform us by phone call only (between 10 AM to 7 PM on weekdays) for necessary corrections. Updates sent through WhatsApp or email will not be considered.If the product is dispatched with incorrect information provided by the customer, GAPPU will not be responsible for any delivery issues or consequences. No refund or replacement will be provided for the order.

If the product is returned to us by the courier, we can resend it to the customer, but additional delivery charges will apply.
