Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Our return policy lasts up to 7 days of delivery.
  • Unfortunately, we can't offer you any refund but an exchange or replacement.
  • To return and replacement any product, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must be returned in its original packaging as well. We reserve the right to exclude any type of product from our returnable product list.
  • We only replace items that are received by the customer damaged and defective.
  • To exchange an item, you must buy any other item that is in the same price range or more than that of the previous item. If you choose anything less than the price of the previous item in exchange, we are not obliged to refund you the rest of the amount If it is for exchange then the company will do the exchange but for that, the customer has to send the product to the company address first then the company will check that the product is correct. If the product is found to be defective or damaged after checking, the company will repair it and if it cannot be repaired, the company will exchange the product, and then the customer has to take the product back again at his own expense.
  • If a customer pays a COD advance and then refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery, the company will not be liable to refund the COD advance amount. This is because the product is dispatched and logistics costs are incurred based on the customer’s confirmed order.
  • If a customer wishes to change their product after placing an order, they must inform us within 24 hours or before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. All change requests must be made by phone call only. Requests sent through WhatsApp or email will not be accepted.

    If a customer wants to replace the originally ordered product with another product:

    • The customer must bear the pickup cost of the original product.

    • The customer must also bear the delivery cost of the new product.

    • Once a product has been dispatched from our warehouse, the company will not be able to make any changes to the order.
